Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we’ll give you a refund.
if your purchase has came via Ideal world , contact customer service and log your return . we will send the customer a return bag that the mattress must be placed in before collection is arranged . If the mattress is not placed in return bag the return will not be valid.

Mulberry silk manufacturing company LTD guarantees their workmanship for Kokoon sleep system mattresses for a period of ten years. Kokoon sleep systems makes it mattresses in a manner that the construction and workmanship of this mattress will with stand everyday use by our customers for a period of ten years minimum , if a problem arises we will exchange your mattress.
We will cover
- Spring unit failure
- Side stitching coming apart
- Deterioration which causes the mattress to have a visible indentation or sag greater than 2cm, as long as that indentation or sag has not resulted from use of an improper or
We won’t cover
- Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the outer material to split.
- Excessive wear and tear or times when care instructions haven’t been followed.
- Accidental damage after our delivery team have left.
- Soiled products (it’s worth using a mattress protector).
- If you decide to return your mattress all delivery costs will be deducted.
- Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store – unless you are a Trade Customer.
- Comfort preference.

Our card-safe RFID protectors carry a 5 year warranty, should they stop working due to rot being faulty we will replace them under warranty.
Our brushes carry a liftetime warranty against all faults

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its orginal condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
By original condition we mean:
- you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
- you haven’t used the product
Which Products Can’t be Returned?
The following products won’t be eligible for a refund :
- Products which you received over 35 days ago
- Products that have been unsealed (other than to inspect)
- Products without original packaging or where it’s been returned in poor condition
- Products which have been opened or their protective seals removed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty):
- Mulberry silk duvets
- Silk lined pillow
- Silk pillowcase
Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a full refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation
This does not affect your statutory rights

If your product develops a fault 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
How to return a product for a refund
Please note that any product that’s to be returned must be sent back to our business address with a covering letter and postage costs will not be covered by arkaysalesuk .
