Refund Policy

Returning your product because it’s unwanted

Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we’ll give you a refund.

Hose Nozzle

The ultimate power hose nozzle is constructed of extruded aluminium, stainless steel, reinforced palstic and comfort-grip soft rubber. Put simply, our nozzle is designed to last forever.

We are so confident that you’ll be equally impressed with the operation and reliability of the Ultimate Power Hose Nozzle that we’ve placed a lifetime warrant on this product. If at any time your nozzle does not operate, contact Arkay Sales for replacement or repair. Simply return your nozzle with £5.95 for return postage & packaging and handling charges.

Card Safe

Our card safe rfid protectors carry a 5 year warranty , should they stop working due rot being faulty we will replace them under warranty.

Groomit

Our brushes carry a liftetime warranty against all faults

Terms & Conditions

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its orginal condition with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.

By original condition we mean:

  • you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price
  • you haven’t used the product

Which Products Can't be Returned?

The following products won’t be eligible for a refund :

  • Products which you received over 35 days ago
  • Products that have been unsealed (other than to inspect)
  • Products without original packaging or where it’s been returned in poor condition
  • Products which have been opened or their protective seals removed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless faulty):
    • Mulberry silk duvets
    • Silk lined pillow
    • Silk pillowcase

Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a full refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation

This does not affect your statutory rights

If your product develops a fault 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it.
After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to return a product for a refund

Please note that any product thats to be returned must be sent back to our our business address with a covering letter and postage costs will not be covered buy arkaysalesuk .
These cost are to be paid by customer unless it is faulty
